The lighting was poor and it made it difficult to fully appreciate the ice art. Additionally, the staff members were not very friendly or helpful. Overall, it was a waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The sculptures were average and did not have that "wow" factor I was hoping for. The entry fee was quite expensive for what you actually get to experience. Moreover, the place was overcrowded, making it difficult to move around and enjoy the art. It was a letdown and I won't be going back.
